Victorian Terrace Loft Extension

The L-shaped loft extension to this Victorian terrace home serves as the master bedroom and home office / art studio, with flexibility to become a separate bedroom,  to a couple with young children.

The couple were keen to explore the loft space as a part of the house that was distinctly for them , to enable them to focus on their work, while the rest of the house accommodates their children's lives and growth. 

 

The loft plan can be configured in a number of ways enabling the entirety of the loft level to be a private master suite (with shower room) or as two separate bedrooms with the shower room shared.
